Did not receive everything ordered. The printer has not worked since I received it and no one from the company has contacted me despite my numerous requests for technical support. Owner Tiffany Sun refused to refund my money and was very rude. I had to go through Alibaba but only received a partial refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

1. First your money paid is far enough to cover the bundle. you take a lot advantage when you got the machine.
2.we warned you in advance when you received the machine must first time come to us to create after sale group, but you did not. when you get the machine unworking you come to our after sales group. You are taking advantage and still acting nice. this is a scam by clients.
